had lunch at around 10.30 plus till 11am. everything seems as usual and headed back to class to continue on the worksheet. approximately 30 minutes later, having sharp consistant pain in the lower right of the ribcage. didn't expect anything to be serious but it didn't get any better even after drinking some milk.. pain lasted  till around 2pm but still wasn't getting any better and my good and kind classmates went down to get me 4 tablet of actal and holic. sollowed 2 tablet and had the holic and then my team started the presentation. la la la la.. fastforward! around the last team, started to get really drowsy and tried to last till 6p, and the revisions for the first few problems which seriously speaking did not get into my mind... everything ended at around 4.15pm but the pain wasn't getting any better. was in pain for close to 5 hours already... 

the rest stayed back but i decided to go home to rest first to see if it gets any better or else i'll see the doc, but walking back to woodlands was so exhaustive. pain + breathless... finally reach home at around 5+, then took a rest till around 8.15pm but when i woke up.. the degree of pain is still the same.. headed to the opposite clinic  then and waited for a long 40mins before my turn.. took 5 minutes and was dignosised with gastritis.. apparently an inflammation of the lining of the stomach. medicatio cost a bomb at 36 bucks.. ah oh well.. gonna rest
